Acsa Photography

A real client, a real deadline, and calligraphy that refused to animate. Procreate exports letters as fills, not strokes, so the usual trick was dead on arrival. So I invented one: an 8-segment mask with a different stroke-width per segment, sitting on top of the artwork and driven by ScrollTrigger. Next.js, GSAP, Tailwind, plus a petal simulation I later moved to the GPU with TSL.

Legora

I saw Åkestam Holst’s Legora site and couldn’t stop scrolling it. So I rebuilt the overlapping sections from scratch to understand how the stacking and sliding actually work. Next.js and GSAP, made purely out of curiosity.

Minicart Decathlon

When I worked with Decathlon I rebuilt their minicart from the ground up and owned all of it: docs, architecture, code, and deploy.

Hero Stage

A dark RPG wardrobe where you drag an outfit onto the hero and the shader changes with it. The smoke runs at 120fps in one draw call, and GSAP drives its clock, so pausing the timeline freezes the smoke too. Getting WebGL to coexist with SSR cost me a few evenings, but it works now!
